Review: I need help in lowering my mortgage payments. I was unsuccessful with working with the bank when I received the mail explaining the new Government HARP assistance I decided to accept the help of this company. They promise resolution in 3 month or money back after they deemed $995. I trusted this company they seem legitimate and acted very professional until 3 month pass and no response from them on my case. I called they said almost done to not worry and for me to resent all my personal info via fax. (check stub, utility bills, bank statement and hardship letter. I did this steps 4 times always getting run around until I decided to cancel in September but didn't make it officially until October when I fax them my cancelation request. When I didn't see any refund I went to the company to find out they moved to Santa Ana which I went and spoke to the manger [redacted] he was very apologetic and assure me he was personally would fix in 30 days or money back. I decided to give them another chance. Again same thing after 30days they sent me a letter to fax to them and in December when I called asking for my check this lady by name of [redacted] told me company was filling Bankruptcy and no refund was going to be sent to me. All this time it was a scam. I am victim of fraud. They need to be stopped.Desired Settlement: I no longer want to work with them after all this stress they have cause me. I just want my refund if possible for full amount $4,500.00 because I don't feel they did anything to help. All along this was a scam they were just making time to exhaust me and forget about it. I wounder how many people they done this too,

Review: I have a cancellation agreement signed be the head of this company. I was to receive a refund by January of this year and they have not met our agreement. They don't answer my calls, it is impossible for me to talk to someone in this company.
