Home Service Network was assigned the repair of my Samsung dishwasher, which failed after months since new After I took time off work to wait for the scheduled call-out, they FAILED TO SHOW UP, DID NOT CONTACT ME to reschedule or explain the no-show, and have been impossible to contact via their number, which repeatedly goes to voicemail or cuts me off (and whose phone menu only offers extensions for regions which do not include mine, leaving me dialing all possible extensions to try to reach somebody) For this reason, Samsung has now re-assigned the job to another repair company I have spent hours on the phone just trying to get an explanation and a new appointment, and have so far failed on both countsThis company is the worst kind of shoddy customer service organization and has treated this customer with complete contempt Samsung's customer service people have consistently treated my situation without the least bit of surprise or concern, leading me to believe that my treatment is 100% for Home Service Network

This was my last letter to Home Service Network which, as with the three letters before it, received no reply: Re: Samsung Support Ticket #**SSN [redacted] Gentlemen: I am growing quite frustrated about this matterI purchased a Samsung refrigerator from hhgregg which either had an internal fault or was improperly installed, causing the shelf to collapse and the drawer underneath it to be brokenHhgregg refused to repair, so I called Samsung who did agree to repair and assigned your firm to provide the necessary parts and servicesI called your office in advance to insure that all of the broken parts would be supplied As I began listing them the woman taking my call cut in and rather impatiently said, “yes, all the parts are ready to go” and rang offAfter some days a repairman stopped by to ask what needed to be done – nobody had told him the problem that I had reported This caused an unnecessary delay and some inconvenience to him, as each leg of his trip involved minutes driving timeOn his next visit the repairman carried a sealed parcel which did not have all the parts I had been promised Specifically, the bottom drawer was missing I have written four letters since then, to various addresses, trying to obtain that last part None of them has been honored with a replyThe damaged drawer, 19” deep by 23½” wide by 4” high, is at the bottom of the refrigerator chamber of a French door model (the freezer chamber is beneath it) The model number is RF22ONCTAWW/AA, the serial number is NJK594BAG60086ZY Please reply to this letter

I have had the same miserable experience with this company (and Samsung) as the other negative replies Call and no answer Appointment and no shows! No one ever answers the number Called Samsung to complain and the stated they had no record of my original complaint (even after I told them I had a confirming email with the "ticket number" they gave me) It's all crap They make you run in circles hoping that you will eventually give up Well, I will NEVER buy another Samsung Product again They don't stand by their warranty! My washing machine was RECALLED but now I"m just going to dump it in the trash (where it belongs) and buy a ** or M*** instead

I call on them to solve a problem with my new Samsung SliiGas Range which I purchase on March 5/through Home DepotI have problem with the lighting on front, it will not light,I've try every things possible, could not fix the problemThey keep tell me it the install problem, but the range has a gas and a plugYou hook gas line and plug the range in, that iteverything work except the left front burner it will not lightThis is under manufacturer warranty for on year all parts and laborThey will not sent a repairman to fix my problem after talking over half a hour on the phoneThis really unset meWhat good is a warranty?

Gentlemen:
I am growing quite frustrated about this matterI purchased a Samsung refrigerator from hhgregg which either had an internal fault or was improperly installed, causing the shelf to collapse and the drawer underneath it to be brokenHhgregg refused to repair, so I called Samsung who did agree to repair and assigned your firm to provide the necessary parts and servicesI called your office in advance to insure that all of the broken parts would be supplied As I began listing them the woman taking my call cut in and rather impatiently said, “yes, all the parts are ready to go” and rang offAfter some days a repairman stopped by to ask what needed to be done – nobody had told him the problem that I had reported This caused an unnecessary delay and some inconvenience to him, as each leg of his trip involved minutes driving timeOn his next visit the repairman carried a sealed parcel which did not have all the parts I had been promised Specifically, the bottom drawer was missing I have written four letters since then, to various addresses, trying to obtain that last part None of them has been honored with a replyThe damaged drawer, 19” deep by 23½” wide by 4” high, is at the bottom of the refrigerator chamber of a French door model (the freezer chamber is beneath it) The model number is RF22ONCTAWW/AA, the serial number is NJK594BAG60086ZY Please reply to this letter

Home Service Network was assigned the repair of my Samsung dishwasher, which failed after 5 months since new. After I took time off work to wait for the scheduled call-out, they FAILED TO SHOW UP, DID NOT CONTACT ME to reschedule or explain the no-show, and have been impossible to contact via their 201 number, which repeatedly goes to voicemail or cuts me off (and whose phone menu only offers extensions for regions which do not include mine, leaving me dialing all possible extensions to try to reach somebody). For this reason, Samsung has now re-assigned the job to another repair company. I have spent 1.5 hours on the phone just trying to get an explanation and a new appointment, and have so far failed on both counts.
This company is the worst kind of shoddy customer service organization and has treated this customer with complete contempt. Samsung's customer service people have consistently treated my situation without the least bit of surprise or concern, leading me to believe that my treatment is 100% normal for Home Service Network.
