Horrible Service
Do not recommend. Two technicians spent a total of 5 minutes on-site and could not fix the unit.

My Samsung washer was on the recall list and I wasn't aware until I made a service call. They sent a tech to do a recall repair and Chan did absolutely nothing. My washing machine still sounded as if I had 10 pairs of sneakers in it, so I had to make another appt. with Home Service NWT I know I'll have to wait and make another appt. because no one has called to even confirm and now the office is closed...This is Ridiculous!

Horrible company
I have Samsung refrigerator. It stopped making ice. called Samsung. they created ticket for this company. the tech came. did nothing. said we will have ice soon lower the temperature and left. called Samsung again. They issued new ticket. the same tech came three days later. changed icemaker. total cost $354.00. 24 hours later NO ICE. The tech does not know how to diagnose the real problem. the cooling is fine. They have terrible tech. Which does not know anything. Stay away from this company.

Alex please call me back! I think he quit... 4 days no response to a broken samsung washer. I guess they don't need my business? I have 3 children and laundry is piling up high. Sorry I had to take my business elsewhere. I found C & T Appliance repair, they are Fast And Reliable. Call them today they have same day or next day service.

Review: My Samsung dishwasher stopped working. I contacted samsung for repair. Stjeyre sub nots for for my are is home service network. They contacted me to arrange an appointment at their convenience and also notified memos the fees for service call and possible parts if necessary. On May 29 a technician came supposedly changed two parts and I was charged $250.95. The next day when I ran the dishwasher the same problem occurred. I called Samsung again who notified the subcontractor again and another inconvenient appointment was made for June 2. Same technician with another excuse why the dishwasher want working. No charge this time. Once again the next time I ran the dishwasher the same problem occurred. Another call to Samsung and again Home Service Network called to make another appointment. I asked for a different technician but I was told he was the only one. So on June 30th the same technician came supposedly changed the same part and off he went. On July4 the same problem occurred again. The office were closed until today July 7. I called Samsung again. Another service ticket was issued to Home Service Network. This time when they called I wanted a Supervisor to come to so the repair. Not only was I told there isn't one. It I was going to be charged for the visit since supposedly the labor is only covered for 30 days. I refused to pay so they cancelled my service request and told me to call Samsung for a mother service provider. So. Ow they have my $250.95 and I still have a broken dishwasherDesired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for services not provided.

Upon being directed to this business by [redacted] for a repair, I received a written explanation of the charges after a phone conversation with the Business. I asked for an email detailing the charges because the lady whom I spoke to was somewhat difficult to understand. When service person showed up to do the work he confirmed the written charges and per my direction proceeded to fix the refrigerator per the estimate. Upon completion I was presented with the charges that differed from the written estimate that I had received via email. Estimate clearly stated that the $90 service diagnostic charge would be deducted from the total due if work was completed at time of diagnosis. The serviceman and myself proceed to discuss the charges before I paid, and I was even threatened by the serviceman to have the new parts removed from my refrigerator and my old broken parts reinstalled if I didn't pay the amount due. I was also told in a loud tone that the serviceman was the business owner and that any discount of services rendered would be deducted from his own pocket. After another 10 minutes of stating my case the serviceman discounted my total charges by $20 and at which point I was mentally exhausted and paid the amount due and kindly asked the serviceman to leave. After this ordeal I even tipped him and his helper and provided them 2 ice cold bottles of water. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company and escalated the issue with [redacted] corporate. I urge you to look into the reviews for this business and you will seen none are favorable. I tried dealing with the business directly in the days after the service was rendered. I left numerous messages and never received a return call.

Review: This company harasses me daily, up to 4 times a day by phone and threatening to come to my house for the past 7 days. There was an agreement verbally that I would pay $60 for a technician to diagnose a problem with my TV and that the technician would advise me if there were any additional costs. He spent less than 15 minutes with my TV and it was fixed. I asked if there was any paperwork regarding payment and he shook my hand and said it was all fine. He left. Starting the next day, the company called me demanding I give them $270. I never agreed to that. I never saw any replacement parts valued at $118 and $150 for about 10 minutes of labor is abusive.Desired Settlement: Accept the $60 as originally agreed and stop bullying me.

Customer was aware of out of warranty costs along with the original diagnoses fee. Labor is flat rate and not charged per hour. Customer still owes remainder of balance and told the account manager that a check will be mailed out but have not received yet.

I am rejecting this response because:This is first time Home Service Network has said anythingabout a flat labor rate. When arrangingthe service call, customer was informed of the $60 fee and queried for anestimate of any additional costs. Theservice provider representative replied that she could not estimate the costuntil the technician diagnosed the problem. Customer rephrased and asked for a range of possible additional costs towhich the customer service representative emphasized that this was impossibleand that the technician would discuss charges with customer prior to performingthe repair. If there was a flat labor rate, certainly the representativecould have indicated this as a minimum for any repair. Altogether, the customer requested threetimes for knowledge of additional costs and none were identified, even at the timethe technician was at the customer's house.If Home Service Network does indeed have a flat labor rate,the fact that this was not disclosed to the customer despite several attemptsto obtain additional cost information is more evidence that Home ServiceNetwork intentionally misled the customer.

Home Service Network contacted me to repair my Samsung TV - They set up an appointment, confirmed the appointment, showed up early for the appointment after seeking my permission and repaired my TV. They are professional and thorough - More service businesses should run their business like Home Service Network. I recommend them completly!!
