Review: This service told us that 3 carpets would be cleaned for $59.99, never mentioning that special cleaning (spot removal) would cost more. When the main carpet we wanted cleaned was then (on site) estimated at $139 plus tax, we were astounded and angry. No price breakdown was ever mentioned in the sales pitch so we made the appointment. We paid $150 for that one carpet and could not afford more for the 2 other carpets. This is a perfect example of deceptive sales techniques. We will warn all we know in our building complex of this deceptive service--we are over 100 tenants.We feel "baited" and then deceived.Desired Settlement: We would accept the steam cleaning (simple, no frills) of our 2 other carpets at no further cost. We feel that would be fair compensation for their deceptive sales pitch.
