This complaint is obviously not about our company. It is likely there are other company names similar to ours.
1. We have only been in existence since fall 2015. Complaintent speaks of contracts dating back to 2014. We were not yet formed...
until fall 2015.
2. We operate only in the Triad area North Carolina. We have never done business in California.
3. We don't "charge" anyone, annually or otherwise. Our customers pay immediately after the service.
4. This is obviously not our company and we would respectfully ask that this complaint be withdrawn so that we may continue our splendid reputation in the community.
