Review: The [redacted] of Home Services, [redacted], did not do the quality job that he had guaranteed on the repair of our home. [redacted] were hired to repair & replace siding, various porch railings, a porch post, several sets of shutters, paint the entire house, and several interior rooms. The porch post was not replaced but was filled with an enormous amount of bondo type material in a very sloppy way and then painted. One of the shutters was repaired using duct tape and then painted with the duct tape in full view. Very poor quality. The ceiling of the interior rooms were painted very poorly and stains were showing through. After questioning the quality of the painted ceiling, a second coat was applied but in a very sloppy way & big sections were missed leaving the ceiling splotchy & poorly done. During the work, [redacted], his son & assistant continually cut corners and constantly had to corrected to do the work in a proper way.

At the conclusion of the work, [redacted] was rude and verbally abrasive. He promised to come back and correct the shutter and porch post but never returned and does not answer or respond to phone calls. I would not hire Home Services, [redacted] for any future repairs.Desired Settlement: We are very disappointed in the poor quality of the work and do not believe repairs would be fixed correctly with a return visit. I will hire someone else or fix these issues myself.

Review: Home Services - [redacted])did not honor his commitment to paint eight shutters (four windows). He was paid for the eight shutters. He painted only 6 shutters and left, refusing to return to complete the job and honor his commitment. We contacted him many times and he made promises but never showed and later became verbally unprofessional with both my wife and me. A tough lesson learned on our part. Our recommendation is to STAY AWAY from Contractor [redacted] (HOME SERVICES). He has all the red warning signsadvertises references and being licensed & Insured but doesnt provide them when requested. Doesnt honor commitments on agreed to work. He walks away with your money!!! STAY AWAY!!Desired Settlement: We will complete the painting ourselves. We do not want [redacted] on our property.
