Home Shield Pest Control

Review: I contracted with Home Shield Pest Control to provide services for 3 appts. I paid for these services and they extended my contract without my knowledge. I specifically informed the sale representative that I was a single parent and would only contract for the limited appts as I would not be able to afford more than that. The representative ensured me it would only take appts. I have been sent to a collection agency and as a result, I conducted some research on the internet regarding this company and there are numwerous complaints about this company. I was also informed by a representative of Revdex.com that I this company has a F rating. With the number of complaints, can something be done about this company. I do not owe this company anything. I am requiring that this information be removed from my credit report if it was reported and the my case is closed with payment received without the extensions.
