There was an ad concerning a Cholesterol product that was not a Statin drug. I ordered it, it came but I soon found out that I can't take it because of an allergic reaction. I was notified that the next installment of the product would be sent etc. etc. I wrote back saying I needed to cancel all orders for the future because I could not take the product. I received a bill which I refused - I received another bill saying I was behind in payment, I sent another note saying I refused to pay for something I could not take. Today I received a call from Collections from HSN saying I was 2 payment behind. I consider their tactics harassment. I want the bills and the phone call to stop. I will never consider HSN for anything in the future.
