Had excellent experiance working with Shane to replace exterior door, best price, fast, clean, worked late on weekend to get he job done, well done

Plz note date payments was made / lot of not true statements/ workers was sent home not allowed to finish before completion date / I also have a lot of text to prove this claim is not true in so many ways will have to screen print them and find best way to send to you

I sent over the contract and the credit invoice /where was signed by you.You stop the work several times then we start it again then you sent workers home. (the project best estimate) with their respective forecast completion dates---generally referred to as Estimated Completion Dates (ECDs). 08/28/15 Job was stopped from you not allowing workers to complete work and slow progress. Contracts with my workers our my records ( I do not need to send you records of my staff pay ) You have contract you agreed to and signed. I explained to you that we may run a day or to later cause death in family and me being out you sent your sympathy messages then turned around and started asking me to allow you to finish work you even text said you wave me free and clear paid in full to allow you to finish job.From day into this job you guys the owners where never on the same page/ back and forth with me so I called two meetings for all of use to resolve this and I was asked all times to please keep working/ that you were sorry / last meeting was 08/28/2015Not much more I can do to fix this I tried several timesKeep note meetings and total of text messages back and forth since the day contract was signedBest Regards

This job entailed removing an existing Invisibrake from an older Saturn sedan, installing a new baseplate/tow wiring and reinstalling the Invisibrake into a late model Honda CRV, and installing an Ultraguard rock flap on the rear of a Class A motorhome.
size="3">
The Invisibrake Towed Vehicle Braking unit ties into the towed vehicles vacuum line, has a pulley and cable system that attaches to the brake pedal armature, and uses a circuit board controlled air compressor to pull the cableThe compressor/brain unit must mount underneath the driver seat of the towed vehicleThe placement of the unit is to be as protected as possible and therefore as "invisible" as possible but also to be mounted in a place that allows for proper cable length to the brake pedal mountBecause seats are adjustable front to back, the "invisibility" of the unit may be compromised when the seat is movedIn the instance of this CRV our installer had to keep the Invisibrake about 1" further back than he normally would due to an under seat ventIf the unit had been pushed all the way against the vent to hide it more, there would be a very high likelihood of the 1/4" air supply line being pinched and disabling the function of the unitThe safety of the owner and those on the road around them is much more important than the aesthetics of the InvisibrakeWhere we have the unit placed we can confidently assure its operation, if moved forward we cannotThis unit had previous damage to the adjust knob before removal from the Saturn(kicked), as noted by my installer, and it would be recommended that the owners caution passengers that will sit behind the driver to simply watch their feet when entering.
The Ultraguard rock guard that was mounted on the back of the motorhome is also a universal fit, meaning it is not specific to any single year/make/model of motorhomeThus, the instructions from the manufacturer are to install the piece as far back as possible and 4" from the flap to the groundMounting it lower prematurely wears out the flap and also causes it to kick rocks up when it drags much more oftenBecause the customer lives too far from our shop to conveniently drive by with it before the job, we asked for a measurement from the rear of the motorhome to the groundThe Ultraguard can be bought in 16" or 20" and there is a $retail differenceOur customer told us that there was 24" of clearance and on her request we provided the 20" modelOn level ground, the motorhome actually measures 19.5" from the bottom of the coach to the ground.
The Ultraguard is mounted using 1.5" angle iron to the frame, hitch, or other steel structure that can withstand the weight of the flap, the steel mount bar, constant air force, and the occasional hit or hangupIn this application we have to use the trailer hitch arm flanges as our mounting point as the rest of the structure and body of the coach are insufficient to mount toWe made custom brackets that bolt to the hitch so that the flap and/or the mounting bar can be replaced easily after damage or wearOur preference is not to weld anything to the motorhome or its accessoriesIn this unique application, the motorhome had an exhaust pipe from the generator facing out the rear, underneath the motorhomes bumperWe called Ultraguard during the process of our installation to ask about critical distance to the ground (4") and also asked about cutting a hole in the flap for the exhaustBecause the scenario where the generator is being run is one in which the motorhome is not moving, potential for the pipe to accumulate heat around it and airflow to the generator intake is already limited, along with the fact that the flap had to be cut regardless, due to its length, dictated that the best way to mount this guard was to cut the flap to the length it currently is and leave a gap above itThere are many images of similar rock guards online with a gap between the top of the guard and the bottom of the bumper to accommodate hitches, exhaust, etcbut it is very unlikely that there are any images of a rock guard with a generator exhaust hole cut in it.
Our decision to not contact the customer for her input on how to install the guard was simply due to our confidence that she would agree with our very thought out decisions, along with her insistence that this part of the job must be completed prior to her following day tripWe did not want to exceed our estimate on installation time or delay her trip by making an extravagant mounting bracket and notching/cutting holes in the flapKeeping the flap and its mount as simple as possible is usually one of the objectives in this installation, as there is a good chance that at some point this unit will encounter some kind of damage and it benefits the user to be able to make quick repairs/replacements while on the road
Although I stand behind everything that our installers did to provide a very user friendly, good looking, and 100% functioning end product on this job, I will also offer to provide a new Ultraguard Tow Guard unit and mounting hardware at no costIf the customer would like to have us mount the guard to her exact dimensions and specifications we will do so with a signed release that we are not liable for any issues that are a result of the guard conflicting with the generator or the mounting of the guard affecting the integrity of the motorhome in any wayI will offer a one hour labor credit towards the new installation if this option is viable to the customer.
I hope that this information has helped everyone understand better why we installed the products in question the way that we didOur customers satisfaction with our performance has been one of our primary objective for over years in Arroyo Grande and has resulted in our current A+ rating with the Revdex.com along with a great reputation in our local communityWe would like to see this situation come to a amicable ending if possible, our offer to provide a new Ultraguard and hardware at no cost and an hour of labor credit towards a different installation should ensure thatHowever, we will not move the Invisibrake actuator, due to safety and performance concerns.
Thank you for the opportunity to clarify everything,

It was disaster working with Shane, everything he worked almost are either incomplete or is a bad job. I wish I had seen the reviews/comments prior to working with Shane. 3-4 days job, it took more than 5 weeks with multiple daily calls. it was just a nightmare to deal with Shane, who has no idea how to treat customers with respect.
Shane initially diagnosed the water leak from a bathroom to shower valve, he even said 200% confident about the leak was coming from shower valve. after few days later he said leak is from commode and need to replace commode along with bathroom tiles along with new hardwood plank etc. Interestingly, after removing the commode, using shower still leaked. that made me to believe the issue was with shower tile grout line gaps (that is what the insurance agent who looked at the leak suggested to start with, my bad I did not trust him as he is not a "professional"), issues not with either shower valve or the commode. anyway after 4-5 weeks of many no shows, I had to pay for commode replacement, tiles, grout lines also. I dont think even though I was charged, no new hardwook plank was used. 2-3 small grout line gaps were filled with silicon for 120$, not the complete tile grout lines. it was not near a professional job. other things, drywall was supposed to be repaineted/re-retextured. paint was not textured, looks a glaring patch in the ceiling now. paint spilled all over, no clean up was done. he also installed a rain barrel with 3 feet height support base, rain barrel crashed down with the recent rains as the support base not fixed right (i wish I can attach a picture here.

Overall, I will never ever use this Shane/company again.

[redacted] Here are texts and emails where I try to solve this. She was aware that we could not match her old counter top cause of age of tub and shower so I found cpl of...

tops witch  I text her as you can see. Long story came down to we would still go with the recoat and install for the price that was on invoice. them after the holidays if she didn't like them the we would order new one witch would take 2 to 3 weeks to get and would be around 450 to 500 more then was on invoice. Now what I understand she wants new top for same price witch I told that we could not get one in less we order it and that would cost a lot more  ( for same price no) Other not true items is I did not break bolts to toilet they were rusted out witch happens alot of time and that was not part of my job listed, anyway they were replace and we caulked toilet to floor cause that was the way it was before. Sink I did not hook up water supply line before we left so someone else had to hook up sink to be able to get a water leak. I would have to spend alot of time to get all emails and text / and that would take alot of time to do. I will settle with  this half way of what she is asking. If she accepts let me know and I will draw up papers
