At that point I explained that we were growing very tired at their disorganized business and lack of communicationWe are spending a decent amount of money and are appalled that they kept dropping the ballSo we're told again they're sorry and they'll call when the couch comes in and not to worry because they wont be charging us for delivery and we should also be happy that they're making it extra fast for us (well, duhI would expect nothing less because this was completely out of our control)About a week goes by and they call to say our CUSHION has arrived and they need to set up a date to send someone to come sew it onWell this is weird I thought to myself, not only has it changed from a couch to a cushion, but I've never heard of someone physically coming to your home to sew it onThen we're told this man that handles the sewing will contact usIf he doesn't call us in a couple of days, to call them back to let them knowWhy is this our job to make sure they follow through? What a crockThe man did indeed fix our couch on June 2ndWe placed our order on January 19th! I was told throughout this entire ordeal that they cannot give us any type of discount because their furniture is so marked down it leaves no room for this sort of thingI find it hard to believe that they're able to keep the lights on in this place if they're hardly making any profit off the sales of their itemsI wont ever recommend this place to anyoneIts a running joke amongst our friends

Overall, if you are looking for quality products supported by professional service and a guaranty that you will receive what you purchase. DO NOT SHOP HOME SPACES in [redacted], AZ.

This is my ongoing, NONRESOLVED issue:
I bought two rocker/recliners from Home Spaces in [redacted], AZ and was told by the sales associate what a good deal they were because Steel Flex, the manufacturer, never has such good deals like this. They had to be made and delivered 4- 6 weeks later and when they were were, the chairs were not the same as what we had ordered. They had much less padding, the construction of the arms were different and it was a different brand.
When a technician came to look at the chairs, he looked at them said there was nothing wrong and that they could never have been Flex Steel because they wouldn't have put Flex Steel on sale. I had to convince him to sit in the chairs so he could see what the problem was. After many explainations and excuses about why I was wrong, he finally did sit in the chairs and saw that they would not remain in the reclining position. He said he would go back to the store and call back to schedule another appointment.
Two weeks later I called to say I had not received a call. I was told by the sales associate that the tech had reported that there was no problem with the chairs. I said that there was. After more excuses and why it was not the sales ASSOCIATE'S fault, I replied, that I didn't care about fault, fix the chairs.
I went back to the store to check if perhaps I had been wrong about the original chair. The sales person who waited on me was aware of the situation but thought I was someone different. He bad mouthed me, to me, and when I explained who I was, quickly changed from sales mode to crossed arms and a scowl. He was not about to listen to anything I had to say, because he was busy making excuses and chastising me for making, [redacted], the sales associate, cry. I told him that they were taking this way too personally. It is a manufacturering default, under warranty, fix it.

Save yourself the trouble and go to a more reputable furniture company. Originally, my husband and I thought this place was great because it offered customizable pieces at ok prices. You get what you pay for. The company is very open about their furniture taking approx 4-6 weeks to be made. We were contacted about ours taking longer because our fabric was on back order. This was ok with us because we understood things sometimes happen. We finally received our couch after 3 MONTHS. We picked it up ourselves and while unwrapping it noticed one of the cushions (which is sewn onto the couch itself) was completely wrong. Bummer after waiting so long. We contact them, they apologize and say they will contact the manufacturer and it will just be a couple of days. 2 WEEKS goes by and we hear NOTHING. So we called our bank and reversed the charges. About a week goes by and they call to say our CUSHION has arrived and they need to set up a date to send someone to come sew it on. We will never will shop there again. Ever.
