Sent: Monday, October 12, 11:PM I talked to Mr*** a couple of months ago about this but he already had another company come out and fix itWe are a sales and installation company not a service or maintenance company. There are several companies
that do maintenance contracts however we do not because most people don't want to pay the reoccurring monthly charge. The *** came with a one year warranty and was over a year out of warrantyI explained this to him the last time he had a problem with itWe had it fixed for him that time at no charge.
