I have made several phone calls and written several emails regarding a missing drawer of a dresser I purchased thru Amazon.com Made by Home Styles It took several calls and days to get a reply at 7:30am PST which is where I live When I called back I explained what happened Nothing has been done to send me the replacement part, I have emailed two women at Home Styles neither has answered my emails as to WHEN my drawer would be sent outOne rep said all drawers were the same, (which means the instructions are wrong) and one rep said her warehouse guy said Drawer H is different Since then (a week ago) I have emailed everyday and no one responds to my emails Amazon's solution was to take apart the piece of furniture that took hours to put together and send it back to Amazon and they would ship me a new one I could spend another hours putting together I dont have another hours handscrewing a pound dresser together I just want the H Drawer as states in the instructions that goes in the top of the dresser Not a replacement dresser

I bought a five piece Home Styles dining room table and chairs through hayneedle.com. During assembly of the dining room chairs two of them went together just fine. However the other two chairs had the wrong parts to put them together. I contacted hayneedle who gave me the information to contact home styles. Hayneedle was easy to get in touch with but home styles as been impossible. I've left multiple messages and called for multiple weeks. You're not allowed to wait on the phone and they request you to leave a message before you are disconnected. But I never received any phone calls despite my messages. This has to be my absolute worst experience with any company. I'm 37 years old so this is not my first order online.

Not customer friendly at all. I purchased a set of patio dining chairs from a small local business. One of the chair glides on the leg was missing, so I contacted Home Styles directly to order one of them. I was told this business was not an authorized retailer, and they do not sell parts. I asked if I purchased from an authorized vendor if I could purchase the part, and they said only within 30 days of purchase. So, the only option is to buy a new chair! I'm glad I didn't buy a refrigerator from them!
