Overpriced! Charged $20+ tax for rekeying one cylinder!! My mistake I didn't ask for pricing upfront.

I am absolutely thrilled with the job done on my roof by Home Sweet Home. I was contacted the day after I requested a quote, and was given a complete, thorough quote on line after company reps came and assessed the job. The quote was very very reasonable, and I could tell that these guys had high standards and had an eye for doing excellent work. I was given a ballpark time frame, and was contacted earlier than expected to set up the job. The entire roof was done in one day, and it is a large roof on a two storey house! There was always someone sweeping and organizing so the job moved ahead, and mess was contained. When the crew left, the roof looked fantastic and there was not a shingle nail to be found! All refuse was gone, and other than my beautiful roof, you wouldn't know they were ever there!
The owner of the company came the day afterwards and walked the roof to be sure everything was up to his high standards. He met with me and told me he was satisfied with his follow up- he made sure I was satisfied and HE was satisfied before I paid my bill.
I have NEVER had such a great experience with contractors, and believe me, I have had many contractors in a variety of homes I have owned. Even the neighbours commented on the extraordinary job this company did! I recommend them most highly as an exemplary business, as they have set a very high standard of work and professionalism that other contractors should aspire to. Fantastic work.","pos-2

Regular communication, and time spent showing and explaining to me the issues, and needs was very appreciated. There were no "sudden" or "untold" expenses. The quote was detailed, and the bill matched up. They were convenient, polite, and made sure to take care of all items in my yard and on my home. The job was done in a day, and when they were finished, you could not even tell they had been there! There was not even a little piece of garbage or a nail left to be found!
