I purchased furniture from this business on June 25 2020 and they told me that the furniture would arrive within in 10days .. I gave them over 1 month almost 2 and the furniture has still not arrived!! They never tried calling to explain or communicate anything once they had my money that was all that mattered!! I kept calling them and they kept giving me different days that it would arrive I could wait NO LONGER so within that 1-2month mark I went looking for new furniture at a different place of business and found what I was looking for. So now I’m hoping to get a refund but they do not want to cooperate they want to take 25% out of my money or either give me in store credit.. I had no problem with in store credit I even went to all their Wisconsin locations to try to find NEW furniture but they had nothing I liked and the things I did like were not in stock I’d have to wait ANOTHER 1-2months to receive it .. So I’m just hoping to get a full refund

COMPLAINT ID - HOME SWEET HOMEWe received your letter stating that Ms. Jerica Morris has submitted a claim to the Revdex.com. Ms. Morris made a special order for a sectional U955 in blue. She was informed that this is a special order and would take a few weeks. A partial payment was made and the sectional was put on layaway. When Ms. Morris came to complete the payment, she was informed that the sectional was going to be available within three business days, the special order was already made by the manufacturer and the truck to bring it was being booked.She did not complete the payment and indicated that she had changed her mind and wanted a refund. The store policy states that refunds are issued with a cancellation fee or store credit can be given. The customer refused both.We are willing to resolve the issue with her, in compliance with our store policy, which is clearly indicated on the receipt she received. The resolution options we can offer are as follows:1. Cancel the order and refund the customer the amount she paid after deducting the store cancellation fee.2. Cancel the order and provide a store credit equivalent to the amount paid where she can choose any product that she likes.3. Deliver the sectional the customer ordered (which is in stock at our warehouse) after she makes the payment for the open balance.We hope that she will be satisfied with one of these resolutions.
