Ms*** brought us a feline(My full time employee who was there both of her visits and has been with me since we opened and myself.)
She also showed up early and interupted the session
Her bill was *** as it was the time beforeShe
tipped *** on both of these visits
She contacted me SEVERAL days later by text regarding the cat after the previous weeks grooming
I asked for vet verification, which she only gave me a vet bill forNo verification;
Nothing from the vet to verify injury
It also is worth noting, the bill also showed he was behind on his rabies shot
Ms*** signed our release from with clear guidelines on procedure
I did refund her original grooming fee, and also provided her a copy of the release forms
Not only was she in violation with the rabies shot, but it clearly states not to interrupt the grooming session (it excites and in some cases upsets the animals), it gives clear and exact expectations on shaving the animals
We refunded her grooming session as a courtesy in an attempt to settle the matter, as she has been slave sering us all over social media
We consider this matter as settled, going above and beyond as Ms*** was in very clear violation of our written consent to groom
We apologize for any inconvenience she feels that she incoured and wish her well

To address this complaint.
The contract worker is no longer doing services in my shop. However I never had this discussion with Christopher nor would I.
I was not in the business that day, I was told he picked up with out incedent.

hear from him until 8 that evening. I did offer to fix his dogs mmtself. In route I was in an automobile accident that severly damaged myself and my car. I explained this. He asked for a fifty percent refund the check has been sitting at the shop since that week awaiting pick up. I have had no further contact with him.
It shows to note that he not only paid her but tipped her. I was honoring refund out of my own expense as the contract worker is not on my payroll.
We do not have a facebook page.
While I sympathize with these clients as they were repeat customers I have made every effort to rectify this situation.
Also, there is a four page release signed by this client where it clearly states if you are unhappy for any reason we need to be notified before you leave the salon. in addition the client card filled out indicates the type of cut the customer is requesting.
We do not in anyway advertise that we only scissor cut. It's a very time consuming process with beautiful results, however not every customer wants this service. Many in fact no exactly what blade they wan used length and style.

With his signed release my leaving a check for many weeks and his lack of Contact leads me to believe we have more than adequately tried to resolve this situation.
I note the address on this complaint and will refund the half he asked for. If needed I can show documentation that this was his request.
I see nothing further I can do.
