My belongings were stored in a UBox in Athens, GAAnother UBox customer emailed me over the weekend to say that my box (which was supposed to be in Athens, GA) was in Portland, ORThe box had been there for several days before the other person was able to verify (by getting into the box) that the box was not hersHer box was unaccounted forAs of this afternoon, I have received no communication from UHaul related to my UBox being moved, opened, or returnedThe only reason I know about this is because of the other renter who emailed me using the contact information on an item inside the UBoxThis is unacceptableI've been on the phone most of the afternoon trying to contact someone with decision making power within UHaul/UBox and I've only been able to touch base with front line service people who have been empatheticWhile nice to talk to front line people who empathize with my frustrations, the glaring silence and unavailability of other Haul/UBox staff is disheartening and en

MrAnd Mrs*** gave Home Sweet Home a deposit of $for a move into Parkside/ Carrington senior retirement communityA floor plan was done And a quote was given as well as numerous trips made out to their home to prepare for the
moveOne week before the move I received a call saying that they were switching communities and moving into the Bridge at florissant insteadI was told that the community director was going to cover the $as well as entire cost of the move plus the time spent already preparing for the move
Once the community was built I was informed that that was not an accurate understanding that they are limited in the amount that they pay towards the move and to date I have not received any compensation except for the $initially givenI have spoken with the community director numerous times and it made attempts to set up dates to meet with the head of the marketing department and Mrs*** and her husband I just recently heard back from the community director that the times that Mrs*** and I selected were not good she is offered some new datesHopefully will be able to meet next week and get this resolved

You must have a real bizarre flawed grading system?? On the one complaint you have on file it is marked RESOLVEDThat person had a problem with his cell phone and was not receiving callsSo that complaint should have never been filedInstead all you did...was just put RESOLVEDI guess that hurts our rating? And lastly, then there was only other complaint...and that one is completely falseWe are preparing a statement to clear that one upWe should have an A ratingWe have hundreds of happy customersWould you like us to show you proof?
