I am rejecting this response because: The day billing cycle was set by HSI I was happy to accommodate There is no way to know when a home is being sold As soon as I knew, I contacted HSI and made arrangements to discontinue service The owner was to arrive at 8:a.mon the specified day of discontinuation, he was late and I had to call him to remind him of our appointment He arrived looking as if he just got out of bed I asked him personally about receiving my refund He directed me to email the office which I did After multiple attempts to get payment, I spoke with "Amy' and she indicated the owner was on medical leave and I would receive a check when he returned -- sometime in July, The response from HSI to the Revdex.com is simply another attempt of getting out of refunding me what I am owed HSI is a very disreputable company I expect to get my refund

Ms. [redacted] did not provide notice of her ending her monitoring. Per her contract she was to give 60 days notice in writing to HSI. Why would she pay 6 months knowing her home was on the market. Why not contact us and ask to pay 3 months, (which is normal) instead of paying for 6. She then contacts... us in the middle of the month and gives us a few days notice. She was informed by the owner that we required 60 days notice unless it was an emergency situation, such as an unexpected death or something that could not be helped. If we were such a disreputable company why was she with us since moving in in until 2016? As for her paying months at a time that was her choice90% of our customers pay quarterly(months) a lot pay monthlyShe chose to pay Bi annually because she didn’t want the hassle of paying monthly or quarterlyAll of our customers are given the choice of what schedule they would like to payMe showing up late and half awake is a jokeWe were there earlyI had a technician with meSusan never asked about refund and it wasn’t until weeks later Jean (office assistant) informed me she had contacted herI was never out on medical leaveI feel she has complained to so many companies she can’t remember one from the otherThis is my last response to this issue Paul Home Systems Installation, LLC

I am rejecting this response because:  The 60 day billing cycle was set by HSI.  I was happy to accommodate.  There is no way to know when a home is being sold.  As soon as I knew, I contacted HSI and made arrangements to discontinue service.  The owner was to arrive at 8:00 a.m. on the specified day of discontinuation, he was late and I had to call him to remind him of our appointment.  He arrived looking as if he just got out of bed.  I asked him personally about receiving my refund.  He directed me to email the office which I did.  After multiple attempts to get payment, I spoke with "Amy' and she indicated the owner was on medical leave and I would receive a check when he returned -- sometime in July, 2016.  The response from HSI to the Revdex.com is simply another attempt of getting out of refunding me what I am owed.   HSI is a very disreputable company.  I expect to get my refund.

If we were such a disreputable company why was she with us since moving in in 2009 until 2016? As for her paying 6 months at a time that was her choice. 90% of our customers pay quarterly(3 months) a lot pay monthly. She chose to pay Bi annually because she didn’t want the hassle of paying monthly or quarterly. All of our customers are given the choice of what schedule they would like to pay. Me showing up late and half awake is a joke. We were there early. I had a technician with me. Susan never asked about refund and it wasn’t until 2 weeks later Jean (office assistant) informed me she had contacted her. I was never out on medical leave. I feel she has complained to so many companies she can’t remember one from the other. This is my last response to this issue.   Paul Home Systems Installation, LLC.
