Please share On 5/13/(check your front fenders if you've been to this car wash) One of the employees that drys the cars scratched the newer paint job on both sides of my front fenders with his belt buckleWhen I told the manage about it he said that the belts are part of there uniforms (nice response) and took a report They also scratches the brand new car next to me! So days later when I didn't hear from the manage yet, I calledThey offered me a month of free car washes! Can you believe they scratch my car and who knows how many others have been scratched and they want to do nothing but have me come back for more scratches! If you have had damage from this car wash please contact me because I'm bringing this to court

Vehicle damage while in car wash
I am a member of the unlimited wash club at Home Team Car Wash, On 5/20/2016, at around 2pm, I took my car to be washed at the XXXX XXnd Ave location About 1/of the way through the car wash, my car skipped (or jumped) the trackI heard a lot of noise, like metal banging on metal and felt my car jerkA second later, it happened again, this time pushing the car off the track, leaving me sitting at an angel in the washThe bars with the brushes were still spinning, and it felt like my car was moving.I panicked a bit at that pointThere was a Jeep behind me who beeped his hornI started beeping mine waiting for an attendant to come to my aidThe attendants came and lifted the bar with the brushes off the back of my car and guided me forward to the exit of the car washI got out of the car and asked "What happened"Their answer was to take it up with guy behind me in the Jeep, because he hit meAs it turns out, he did not hit meWhat he told

I used the services at Home Team Carwash for about 6 months and tried to cancel the services. I seen that it wasn't canceled on my credit card so I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I received a call from Scott (who I have had interaction with in the past) who I believe is the manager and he was just reaching out to see if I was still active. He immediately corrected any concerns that I had and was so pleasant to work with. If I still lived in the area I would continue to have my car washed there. He was very prompt and super friendly. I wish more people had customer service skills like him. Thanks for reaching out to me and making sure I was good!
