We hired this HTR because they sold themselves to us as a valid and viable option for receiving current and real leads. Unfortunately, they did not send leads in our service area and the leads that were in our service area, said they had no interest or had already hired contractors MONTHS ago. That could happen once in a while but EVERY LEAD we spoke with, had the same story. We had an agreed upon signed contract and map with HTR that stated where we work. This was disregarded on their end and they NEVER acknowledged their wrong doing. Every month they ignored our requests to not be charged for leads that were deliberately sent to us when they knew they were out of our area. We are convinced that they send recycled leads from years ago. They never responded to our emails or calls until we went to our credit card company to get a refund. Another dishonest business practice is that they send you the leads and 24 hours later charge your invoice. One time they charged us before they sent us the leads. Their contract is misleading and they will not send viable customers your way. We have been in business for over 45 years and we obtain leads from many sources. This company is not transparent and they will not issue you money back. They say they will issue you more credits towards leads. Another thing they do is charge you for a larger job than the lead really is. One customer mentioned that they needed a dryer vent but the person at HTR told them they would put it in as a whole house of siding. That charges the contractor more money to get a lead for siding.
