Review: I placed an order with the business and since them they have collected the money from my account. After collection I have not received my purchased items. I have called and left messages on their answering service an sent emails. I have been unable to reach or speak with anyone from the company nor have I received a response via email. Desired Settlement: I would either like my merchandise or a full refund including shipping costs

Review: I ordered home medical testing kits from this company - they have debited my checking acct but I have never received my products. I've followed up with them via their "customer service" email and phone number - the emails have never been asnwered (4 of them) and the phone mailbox is now full. No one has gotten back to me - I'd like a refund, because obviously they're not going to send my products. What a scam!Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund of my $107.85, back to my debit card.

Review: About a month ago I order a product from this company, after checking out the webpage I notice it was accredited with Revdex.com, SAPAA. CADCA, among others so I thought I was safe. at first it was credit card issuse then after I reorder the product with correct information, they withdrew it from my bank August 12 2013. Curaherb failed to send me tracking number, or conformation emial, like it had done before. After a week I email the company to ask where's the product, what happen to money, or why couldn't get a hold of anyone? At first Sarah Young answer my emails for a day then told me that she would figure it out and in 12 hours get back to me, with that I decide fine. One day, two days, ect. I have not recived any response it's been 48 house since I last send her an emial hoping to hear something, I will tell you what I told her I just want a refund.Desired Settlement: 70.00
