We had made 2 trips to the home. He was not there. We got equipment. Refunded

He purchased this television from [redacted].We could not fix TV but we charged him for the drive out which we charge everyone for. We told him he would have to contact [redacted] for the seller for parts in order to fix it.

your rejection comments below. I did not miss any appointments at my home as claimed by the business.  If he came and I was out, it was because he had not told me he was coming.I have NOT received any refund.
