We were surprised by the complaint filed by the aboveWhile we acknowledge that the project was taking longer than had been originally anticipated, many of the problems were not the result of the work
provided by Home Theater of Long IslandWe dispute the contention that “nothing is being done to resolve the matter” as the company has been diligently working on the project and in fact have completed just recently all of the electronic aspects of the job, and all we are waiting for now is a replacement iPad, as the one that has been installed is currently malfunctioningAll other aspects of the job have been completedAs an accommodation to the client, we are providing, at no cost to him, custom fabric wrapped fascias for his living room shades
We take very seriously our reputation and therefore take exception to the inference that we are ignoring the projectI have personally had conversations with the customer and have advised him that if he had any further questions or problems he should contact me directlyHe has not
In our last discussion with the customer he indicated that he was very pleased with the product and that it was performing as promised

Review: This company has been working in my home for over a year and have not completed the job yet and have done so much damage while working in my home. Everything still does not work correctly and nothing is being done to resolve the matter I have spoken with the head of the company and still. Itching has been taken care of I spent over 240,000 $ with them and they have not completed the job yetDesired Settlement: I would like a refund at this point for the items not installed. And for time wasted and damage done to my home

We were surprised by the complaint filed by the above. While we acknowledge that the project was taking longer than had been originally anticipated, many of the problems were not the result of the work provided by Home Theater of Long Island. We dispute the contention that “nothing is being done to resolve the matter” as the company has been diligently working on the project and in fact have completed just recently all of the electronic aspects of the job, and all we are waiting for now is a replacement iPad, as the one that has been installed is currently malfunctioning. All other aspects of the job have been completed. As an accommodation to the client, we are providing, at no cost to him, custom fabric wrapped fascias for his living room shades.
