[redacted] has spoken with me personally, as well as other tenants, the
business has made no further direct contact since the...

complaint and we
are satisfied with that as long as they continue to not contact any
tenants of the residence.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  If the business continues to have no contact with the tenants at the address in question, We will consider this complaint resolved.
