The issue with Mr. [redacted] is a 3rd party issue. The reservation the guest made with Booking.com
was made after the Hotel had closed. Our Guest Service Representative tired to call Mr. [redacted] before the office closed to let him know that the office would be closed at11:00p.m.,but she didn't
get an answer. The information Mr. [redacted] was given from Central Reservation was incorrect. We do offer after hours check in, but the guest has to arrive at the Hotel to see the
