Monday, December I tried to call to home treasure finders to clarify that my electric bill would now be in my name and not the owners because of something messed up with the procedure home treasure finders as you perform onlineCorey W*** the founder of the company threatened to fight me if "

He then threatened to "Charge me whatever he felt like" or evict me if I didn't drop trying to get a hold of the owner of my propertyI just called in to clarify that an electric bill would be coming in my name instead of the owners in that $charge all of a sudden became because Corey felt like it, I was ghost charged.Bill should be $as it was on Monday when I calledBeginning with complaint #*** I payed home treasure finders $in fees which was my whole balance( I have photos of my balance and pay payment on 12/4)Today 12/was a new balance of $more dollars they claim to be due from all the way back to 10/31/that had not been on the bill prior and I have photos to show that home treasure finders are jacking up my bill with out cause and continues to fine me.Desired Outcome: To speak with Zane G*** about Andrea and Corey

OUR RESPONSES ARE IN CAPS-When I first moved in to my apartment I was supposed to go online and fill out a form with utilities company to put the power in my name. -THE TENANT WAS NEVER GIVEN A FORM, HE WAS GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SET UP HIS ELECTRIC BILL ELECTRONICALLY.  HE ALSO AGREED THAT IT WAS HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO SET IT UP AND THAT WE WERE GIVING HIM THE FORM AS A COURTESY.I never received a bill and realize there was a problem so I called utilities company last month to get the electricity put into my name. THE TENANT ACTUALLY CALLED THE UTILITY AFTER WE CONTACTED HIM TO REMIND HIM OF THE BILL.The property management company texted Monday (12/4) and told me that The owner had been paying the bill and that I needed to get the electricity in my name. So I called Andrea G[redacted] to ask about what's going on with the bill and was immediately given an attitude and accused of trying to weasel my way out of the payment.  THIS IS TRUE, THE OWNERS HIRE US TO CALL TENANTS AND GET REIMBURSEMENTS.  THE TENANT TRIED TO BLAME IT ON WHAT HE REFERS TO AS "A FORM", WHICH AGAIN IS INSTRUCTIONS AND WOULD NOT SIMPLY CALL THE UTILITY AND PAY FOR HIS ELECTRIC BILL.When I asked her why she had such a bad attitude right from the start she said "it's not my job to be bubbly." We got into an argument and when I asked to speak with ownership or management about the way she conducts herself . she told me that my "request is denied".  THIS IS TRUE.  UPPER MANAGEMENT HAS BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN TO AGUE WITH AN UNRULY TENANT WHO OBVIOUSLY JUST WANTS TO PASS BLAME TO SEE IF HE CAN GET OUT OF PAYING HIS BILL. The next day after calling in to try to get a hold of somebody other than Andrea , I spoke with Cory who I tried to tell everything that I told to Andrea and a girl with immediately given an attitude and accused of trying to not pay my bill .   THE TENANT FAILS TO MENTION THAT HE CALLED 23 TIMES WITH THE SAME COMPLAINT AND THAT THE COMPLAINT WAS POINTLESS.  HE CALLED SO MANY TIMES WE HAD TO BLOCK HIS NUMBER AND CALL THE POLICE AND FILE HARASSMENT CHARGES. THERE IS A POLICE REPORT ON RECORD.When I asked how can y'all get away with conducting yourself like this I was told that my opinions don't matter you poor piece of [redacted] and that I must be on drugs because I live off University Drive. I again asked to speak with ownership over the way that they handle their tenets I was told that the "multi million dollar owner would never want to speak to a poor piece of garbage like me." AGAIN, THE TENANT FAILS TO MENTION THAT HE CALLED THIS MANY TIMES WITH NO NEW INFORMATION.  HE SIMPLY ASKED TO TALK TO THE OWNER, THIS REQUEST WAS DENIED AND HE CALLED BACK 22 MORE TIMES.  WE HAVE THE PHONE RECORDS TO PROVE THAT HE SIMPLY WANTED TO GET OUT OF PAYING THE BILL.The bill was for $75 for reimbursement of the electric bill on Monday and then I check it Tuesday and all of a sudden I have a bunch of "ghost" charges totaling up to $326.90.  THIS IS ALSO NOT TRUE.  THE TENANT AGREED UPON SIGNING HIS LEASE TO PAY ADMINISTRATIVE FEES IF HE BREACHED THE LEASE.  WE WERE PLANNING ON WAIVING THE FEES, BUT AFTER HE CALLED US 23, YES TWENTY-THREE, TIMES AND TOOK UP THE MAJORITY OF OUR AFTERNOON OVER A $76.90 BILL, WE SAW NO REASON TO WAIVE HIS FEES.  AFTER ALL, TIME IS MONEY.  WE WARNED HIM TO STOP CALLING AND HE REFUSED.  IN FACT, HAD WE NOT BLOCKED HIS TWO NUMBERS, WE FEEL HE WOULD HAVE NEVER STOPPED CALLING.  HIS BEHAVIOR WAS IRRATIONAL AND THAT IS WHY WE ASKED IF HE WAS ON DRUGS.  HE LIVES IN AN AREA WHERE WE CONSTANTLY HAVE DRUG AND CRIME ISSUES.When I moved in I was also told I would be reimbursed for the keys that I had to make because there was no keys for the tenant for the apartment also for three months now my sink has been leaking and I haven't heard from management at all about that.  THE KEYS CAN BE ADDRESSED.  WE WILL CREDIT HIM THE COST OF THE KEY.  THE TENANT FAILED TO MAKE ANY MENTION OF THE SINK UNTIL NOW.  THIS CAN ALSO BE ADDRESSED.OWNERS HIRE US TO INTERACT WITH TENANTS.  THIS IS OUR JOB.  THE TENANT SEEMS TO THINK HE CAN BYPASS US BUT WE HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE OWNER THAT SPECIFICALLY DISALLOWS THIS ACTION.
