The administrative staff at Total Plumbing showed complete disregard and care for me as a customerI did give the plumber a 20$ tip and thanked him for his great service, he did everything he could to assist me even when the company he worked for wouldn'tThey care so much for there own employees that they send one plumber out to do the lifting for two, the plumber had to call his company and beg for assistance with removing the hot water heater It's unfortunate that such a good honest worker has to be associated with a money hungry untrustworthy companyThe only reason I went with this company is because my home owners insurance sent them to my residenceAs for the initial visit the technician was late, with no call ahead but after my second encounter with the plumber I realize it wasn't his fault, instead the fault of the administration of the company for not making sure they did everything they could to ensure I the customer was completely aware of what was going onI made my initial call for service on Thursday to the insurance companyOn Friday at approximately 3pm the technician came out called his company and advised them I needed a new hot water heater, and also told them that my current hot water heater was still cover under the manufacture warranty, and everything was set for pick up and exchange but yet I didn't get a hot water heater replaced until Monday of the following week at around 6pm when everything was said and done and didn't have hot water until 8pm
