We recently visited this location hoping for better service, have been to the New Berlin location our first time and their services were beyond excellent. Our first and now last time at the Mt Pleasant was anything but. We went to the bar to have a few drinks while we waited to be seated and the employees were extremely rude and neglectful. We weren't greeted nor was our drink orders taken. We sat there front and center and not one employee acknowledged our presence. We actually witnessed two employees having a full on conversation behind the bar right before I had enough and actually had to grab their attention, and from there it just became an even worse experience. They denied my drink order and my money and when the "manager" was pulled to the front his attitude was not any better. He also denied our money then our services telling us we could leave. Another bartender was upset and treated my paying boyfriend like he didn't matter as a customer or even a person. Would not recommend this location to my worst enemy, just horrible experience and employees.
