Review: I made a purchase through Ebay on Sept 13, 2013, seller Home Warehouse Supply. I didn't open the box til two weeks later, @ that time my contractor mentioned the stand was broke. Since I was remodeling my bathroom, I had to go out and purchase another sink and cabinet from [redacted]. So I immediately contacted the seller. They mentioned they would file a claim with fed-ex, which went on for weeks. I contacted them again, they told me what to remove from the box, of what they wanted returned, so I did that. The seller said they would send me a return label through email, which I never received, they stop answering the phone. I called E-bay back, they said it was nothing they could do, since it went passed 30 days, to contact my bank. I talked to E-bay two days ago and sent the seller another e-mail, I haven't heard anything just yet!Desired Settlement: A money order for $179.00 With no problem on returning there product. Which I've been trying to do from the beginning.

Review: Order was not shipped as promised in writing. Item was then damaged in shipment and RTS without delivery attempt. Vendor not responding.

I purchased a vanity in February of 2013. Prior to completing the transaction I requested delivery by a specific week in April and was assured this could be accomplished. I send an e-mail in March confirming our agreement. Item was not received as promised. When vendor was contacted he stated he had e-mailed me to confirm with no response from me. I had not received any communications. I requested he still ship item and would make arrangements for receipt of item since I was not going to be at location. At that time he offered a refund and I refused stating I needed the item as it was a hard size to find and requested he ship. He did ship, however the item was coded as damaged in shipment by UPS and returned to him prior to delivery attempt. I contacted him and requested he re-ship the item as it was needed. He refused to do so until it was returned by UPS. I continued to track shipment and attempted to contact him when it was received by him. I have tried almost daily by e-mail and phone and he is not returning calls or emails. I can no longer wait for him to re-ship and want refund.Desired Settlement: As stated above, since I can no longer wait for the vanity I want a full refund. His lack of response to my calls and e-mails is unacceptable.

Company states that this consumer did not purchase insurance when they ordered the vanity. Unfortunately, the vanity was damaged during shipping. The company went ahead and filed a claim with UPS as soon as they were notified about the damage. They are still waiting on UPS to determine whether or not they are going to reimburse. They will notify the consumer as soon as UPS makes their decision.

The business chose the carrier and filed a claim immediately. He did not offer me the option of insurance. Shipping was included in the cost of the item. It has been quite some time and claims are paid on a timely basis. I want a credit for the item that was never received. The carrier never even attempted delivery as the item was damaged. The business promised replacement when the item was received back from the carrier. This did not happen. I am again requesting a full credit for the item not received. His response is considered unacceptable and it appears he is trying to defraud me. He does not answer phones or email. I wanted a credit for the item.
