Home Warranty Select

I have been receiving e-mails from the Home Warranty site. When I try and unsubscribe I continue to receive them.
I also believe that the company has other companies that they send e-mails for and I would also unsubscribe as well.

Service was not provided after 3 weeks of waiting. They charged my bank account once on August 5 and once on August 6. a technician visited my home and provided report but they indicated that appliance was not maintained properly . I would like Monthly service charge refunded since charges were made within two days of each other

company wont fix and pay for repair. and out of pocket deductible that I paid for 2 times.
Called in about Samsung washer that was broken on June 18. HSW dispatched All Atlanta Service. I paid him 75.00 for the diagnostic deductible. All Atlanta Service never got a hold of HSW to give estimate. After 1 day I called them no repsonse. Called again on day 2 and they told me to hire someone else. I called sears repair. The guy came out I paid another deductible to sears. Sears gave them an estimate while he was here and they wouldn't approve the repair. After waiting 2 more days they told me I would get 150.00 and that was it. And my washinng machine is still broken. They say sorry thats all they will offer. The repair that sears gave then us 1345,00 a New washer is 700.00 I understand that. But when they sold me this warranty it the man stated they if they can't fix they will replace. This only amount only covers the deductibles I had to pay.

Zero stars. Total rip off! Take your money and then find excuses as to why they cannot help you.

This company does not provide the coverage they claim. I had a leak from my A/C unit which was caused by a displaced drainage line from the drainage pipe. The technician they sent didn't find the root cause at all and just stated I was low on refridgerent. It was a heat wave and I was without air conditioning for over 6 days. Each process took 24 to 48 hrs before it was complete. Then they come back with leaks aren't covered. When I asked for my 3 year policy to be cancelled for a full refund, Select Warranty refused and wanted to charge me another $75 for the cancellation. I purchased a 3 year plan in Feb for a home I hadn't even purchased yet. The phone rep told me the policy wouldn't be active until June as I hadn't made settlement yet. When I asked for my refund, the supervisor of select warranty stated it had started in Feb and they were not going to give me a full refund.

they cheat and lie and will not cover your items.

Numerous phone calls after I have asked them to quit calling me. This company has called me several times a day for months. I have asked them to quit calling me. I am on the Do Not Call List for *** and just signed up for the National Do Not Call List (I didn't know there was a national one). I block their calls but they switch phone numbers used to call me.

Worst business! I purchased a five-year home warranty contract on 2/5/2018. On Jan 7, 2019; I submitted a claim on a water heater appliance. The claim was denied because they claimed the problem was a leak. However, the leak was caused by a cracked water heater which the contract did not exclude a cracked water heater from coverage. The claim was still denied. I spent $1499.95 for a 5-year contract. I feel these funds were wasted because my broken water heater was not approved when the contract did not exclude a cracked water heater. If it would be possible to give a zero star rating, I would since this company is completely worthless, in my opinion.

Horrible company. Does not honor their contracts. Horrible customer service.
