On Aug our neighborhood of [redacted]  lost powerWe Received word from a fellow neighbor that they contacted the company the next day and found out that there was a boil or buy noticeSince this is about the 12th + time that this has happen in the years we lived in the home we asked the company why they don't install an emergency generator to switch on when this happensThe company's operator informed us that they are waiting to complete this action until there are more neighborhoods affected by this type of occurrence so they can get a discount on multiple generatorsIt is now the 4th of September and our water is still not drinkable and thus far we have paid $on water from Walmart and Fred MeyerThe company has issued us a $credit towards our bill for our troubles, however, I feel that we should be refunded the $that we had to spend on top of our monthly fee because this company refuses to do the right thing which would be to install an emergency ge
