As a BGE customer I am outraged as to have a payment due on July and was paid on July and then receive a turn off notice on July because it wasn't processed until July is unacceptableThen after calling and placed on hold for more than mins to be told that yes I see where you made the payment on the due date and the exact time it was made but because it was a Friday and a holiday weekend technically your payment was lateNow last time I check I had no control over what day or what weekend this bill fell on but I did have control of is which day I paid it on which was the actual due dateAs a BGE customer for plus years I've always paid my bill on or before the due date and never had a problem granted I due understand things happen and sometime you have no choice but to pay after the due date a receive a late fee but to pay on time and being told what I was told is totally unacceptable and as a customer I am outraged and dissatisfied
