Review: I contacted the store Home Zone Appliances (found on a [redacted] search) on 10/28/2014 for a broken refrigerator. I explained that my freezer worked fine but the fridge part did not get cold. They came to my home to give an estimate to replace a freezer fan which was $175.00 total ($80.00 Deposit) for both product and service, along with the guarantee they would perform the work the following day. When asked why the freezer fan would be replaced we where told that it also cools the fridge and wasn't working properly. The follow day they did not contact me so I called them and they informed me the parts did not come in as expected and they cost more then originally thought, the price would now be $240.00. I gave the okay and they again stated they would be out the next day. On 10/30/2014 they came to my house and performed the work however when doing so it appeared they didn't have the right part. The worker explained the fan piece would not stay on the new motor and asked me to borrow super glue. Along with this came the claim that it happens often (I have a newer fridge) and that the fridge will take 24-48 hours to begin working properly once more. He also stated "If it doesn't work by Monday give us a call back we will come out.". About 20 minutes after he left the fan fell off of the new motor and the fridge did not work. Upon calling them on Monday 11/3/2014 they said they would send someone out ASAP and no one came. On 11/4/2014 I called once again and no one answered, I then received a voice mail stating they wanted to "Send out their senior tech. so they had to reschedule me.". On 11/5/2014 their worker came out to my home and stated that the fridge now needed Freon and it would be an extra $40.00. We agreed and the fridge worked up until 11/14/2014 and is now more broken then it was initially (Freezer no longer works). I called and left numerous messages (11/14/2014 and 11/17/2014) and then spoke with their receptionist on 11/17/2014 whom informed her manager would call me. It is now 11/17/2014 at approx. 4:45pm eastern and I have not heard back from the manager. I also called back and found out they close at 4pm.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: I have missed many days of work and have no working refrigerator in my home. In order to resolve this quickly I need the $280.00 I paid them to fix it in order to have someone come properly fix my fridge (IN A TIMELY MATTER!).
