If Revdex.com can redirect my complaint to Hilton Advance Purchase I would really appreciate that.I realize that there is no point in dealing with HomeSuites directly.Please advise me if you are able to help me with this request, or if I need to file a new complaint to Hilton Advance Purchase

This is the attachment that I originally sent. They clicked on this agreeing to these terms. Again, the reservation wasn't booked through our hotel, it was booked through Hilton advance purchase. There is nothing at the hotel that we can do for him. Again, if he wants to further contest it he needs to call advance purchase at ###-###-####

This guest booked an advance purchased through a 3rd party Hilton website.  Attached is the rules that they agree to upon booking.  Unfortunatley, when the guest did not call the reservations was put into a no show.  Per the rules:  Full payment in advance. Non refundable. Credit...

card required at time of booking and will be charged immediately for the full amount of the stay as reserved. No refunds or credits for early departure, cancellation or no show. No modification allowed once reservation is confirmed. Guest must check in on arrival date or reservation will be cancelled and full payment forfeited. Email address or telephone number required on all bookings. Use the FPP/NREF guarantee policy when confirming the reservation When the guest arrived the following day we explained this to him and also explained that because it was booked through the 3rd party Hilton advance purchase they would need to call advance purchase @ ###-###-####.  The guest spoke to advance purchase and they agreed to honor the remaining days (even though it says if they no show the reservations will be cancelled) however, they were clear that they would not refund the non-used days.  Since we did not charge the guest and it was an advance purchase, we cannot refund them.  It's unfortunate, but when a guest books the advance purchase, the hotel has no authority to override the policy.
