For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below While SWIHA did contact me and [redacted] was very nice, I was not satisfied with the outcomeThey offered me free schooling but after my experiences I would? never? attend SWIHA againUnfortunately, their lack of professionalism and knowledge while I? was enrolled? made me lose the drive I hadI was told I could "reignite" that passionI don't think soSWIHA ruined? that love? and I have no desire to be in that field any longerI? don't feel SWIHA understands how I feel or what I went through over and over with their company.? SWIHA is? offering me? free schooling because it wouldn't cost them much of anythingI feel instead of doing the right thing and refunding an extremely disappointed and constantly let down customer they are instead taking the easy roadThey're telling me that the school is not currently in a position to offer a refund which is very insultingConsidering they have up to? a thousand students at a time at roughly $10,- $18,000? a pop they are more than capable to refund someone who truly was treated very poorly and is no longer in the field due to their actions, or lack there ofI'm saddened to say that the owner [redacted] ? has now shown me? her true colors in caring more for? her pocket than? her students Regards, [redacted] (used To Be ***)
