I am a home services company and know my house very well. Had a 10 minute conversation with Jamie. I had to take another call. She asked me to call her back and I did. She answered the phone, but told me she was working with another client and would call me right back. No call, no follow up, no quote. It was obvious that she didn't like the price I was asking, but she still did not give me a quote. Very unfortunate as I could have referred a LOT of clients. Done with this company. Wish there was a negative 1 star.

The advertisement sent was not deceptive. The information of the city code violation was provided by City of Houston, Department of Neighborhoods. The subject property was in fact assessed a violation, which is a public record. Nowhere on the postcard sent does HomeBuy Solutions claim to be...
anything other then business entity interested in purchasing the subject property. The fact is that many of the properties that have been assessed city code violation notices are in poor condition and have been vacant and/or eye sores of their neighborhoods for many years. Therefore, their owners may be interested in selling them. Our company has purchased and rehabbed many of these properties By doing so we believe our company has improved the neighborhoods in which those properties are located. Upon request, we would be glad to provide the specific city code violation for which subject property has been noticed by the City of Houston, Department of Neighborhoods. Again, this information is part of a public record.
