This letter is in response to the above-mentioned complaint, dated Oct28, After a comprehensive review of the account which *** *** *** brought to your attention, we discovered that we had mistakenly billed the patient for products that should have been billed to her insurance
provider I personally communicated this mistake to Ms*** and she understands that these charges have been removed from her account.Should you require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.Best Regards, *** ***Pharmacy Manager

Review: I have been trying to get a refund from Home Choice Partners since June 2015. I have made numerous phone calls & get a different excuse each time I call as to why I haven't received a check from them. I've been told that the check was processed & would be mailed. Then was told that it takes longer to get a refund because I paid by check instead of a credit card. Then I was told they had been bought by another company & that may be why it was taking so long. Then I was told the check was processed but had the wrong name on it. Then I was told the check was mailed out but it had the wrong zip code. I also left a message for the billing supervisor & it was never returned. The last call I made was on 11/17/15 & the lady I talked to said she would have to "talk to her supervisor" then she would call me back. I haven't heard from her. I have the names of all the people I have talked to there & the dates. I don't understand why I can't seem to get a refund.Desired Settlement: I would just like to get my refund check.
