[redacted]. My name is [redacted]. I'm the owner of Homecut, LLC. I received your letter on...

Friday which caught me off guard. [redacted] didn't tell you the whole truth. Yes, she did give a $500.00 earnest check. She also, didnt tell you why she was turned down by the bank and the reason why she lost her deposit. [redacted] had customized this home to her liking and had added several upgrades, in which we don't add but she wanted. The reason [redacted] didn't qualify for the loan was that her company was losing their grant money at the end of the 2014 year. She had a meeting in early September with her bosses but didn't tell us anything until the bank called to verify her employment, 2 months later. We painted the bedrooms pink and blue and added a concrete patio, that she asked for. After I, patiently, waited for her and spoke with her several times, she promised me that this was just a big mistake on her human resource department head. She said it will be taken care of. Meanwhile, I had another buyer that wanted the house but I couldn't sell because I trusted [redacted] So, towards the end of November, I started to see through [redacted] and and had to find another buyer. Fortunately, we found some one else and moved forward with the new buyer. The buyer, had requested new colors for the bedrooms. Unfortunately, for [redacted], paint and labor isn't free. If there wouldn't of been any revisions, then [redacted] would of received her deposit back. I also spent over $1,500.00 for her patio.     We are a very respectable company. We've won award from the [redacted]y non profit group for nicest rehabbed home. The home, that [redacted] was buying, was also from a non profit group, [redacted]. We've also worked with the [redacted]'s Community Development department on a few projects.    We bought a few more homes from [redacted]y and [redacted] wants my company, and nobody else, to rehab their homes. Please, feel free to contact [redacted](city of cleveland community development), [redacted]y, project manager) and [redacted], assistant director).     [redacted] was also tried buying another house from another local developer 2 months back. She, again, customized to her liking(she had them take out built in cabins and add a half bath in the basement). They did what she asked and paid for her application fee($500.00) and she called them and said she wasn't interested anymore. Very disrespectful.     I'm sorry it had to come to this and I wish nothing but the best for [redacted] Thanks and look forward to your response.[redacted]Homecut, LLC
