HORRIBLE!!!! I bought my appliance from Home Depot and I received a call from Homedeliverylink yesterday giving me a hour delivery time for today I fought to take off work so I could be home for this delivery and waited until the end of the delivery period with no appliance delivered I call them up and they tell me that the delivery wasn't going to happen because they did not receive the appliance from Samsung They went on to tell me that it was not their responsibility to make the courtesy call to me, THE CUSTOMER, and let me know it has been delayed They told me that responsibility fell onto Samsung to let me know No help at all from Homedeliverylink Instead, the only answer I got was that this was not their problem So long story short, NEVER trust their call giving you a hour delivery period because they are just pulling that out of the airThey should never give a delivery period like that if they do NOT have the unit on hand ready to go

*** All new houses are built standard with a common drain for the washing machine and water softener because water softener water may not be discharged in to the environment With a minor modification, removing the zip tie used by the Home Delivery Link installer, the washer has been working fine with no problems and causing no leaking The unit was not installed correctly and not installed in compliance with the current standard for installations of washing machines in homes with water softenersThe installer asked no questions, raised no concerns, and rejected assistance from the home owner/owner The home owner will be filing a lawsuit in Arizona, calling an expert to testify against HDI and *** that is standard plumbing industry practice to install a common drain for water softeners and washing machines due to the limitations on discharge of softened water, and seeking to recover all legal fees and costs incurred in dealing with the improper installation and being continually misled and ignored by both *** and HDI during the claim process*** and HDI representatives have advised claimant that they have now destroyed all information relating to the installation, claim and calls made to resolve the matter during the course of the past monthsThe homeowner has maintained meticulous records of dates of telephone calls, names of representatives, and information conveyed

We are not permitted to vary from those procedures. The customers drain pipe was not set-up to allow proper flow for a new washer machine and a water filtration systemThe delivery guidelines provided to the Homeowner at the time of purchase state:GAS / ELECTRICAL / WATER PROCEDURES: If your home does not have the propergas, electrical or water supply lines and shut off valves required in these guidelines, you cancontact [redacted] Installation: 800-326-8738 for installation prior to delivery (there is a separatecharge for installation of supply lines or shut off valves). There was initially some confusion on the part of this customer as to who should be contacted regarding her concerns as the delivery was performed by separate company from the store where she made her purchase. Once that was cleared up, we worked with the customer to obtain estimates for the repair...

of her floor. Repairs are now underway and we expect they will be complete early next week. We regret the damage that was done to the customer's home and have worked with her as quickly as possible to get the repairs done quickly to minimize any further inconvenience.

Review: HDL (Home Delivery Link) removed a refrigerator and delivered a new refrigerator on April 9, 2015 that we purchased at [redacted] in Saint Paul, MN. Removing the old refrigerator, despite a narrow doorway, they scratched our oak kitchen door and the opposite door frame. At first they denied it, then said they could not pay for it, then took pictures. We have called HDL's local representatives and their national number approximately 25 times and never received response. HDL sent certified mail that they never damaged our floor, and our attempts to correct them were met with no response at all, not from any representative. The next 12 weeks have brought a few phone calls and visits but no work done, nothing promised, no compensation, causing me to file this claim, and to consider seeking outside damages for their unresponsiveness. The work is likely estimated at $500-800 work, but we are considering punitive damages doubling or tripling this amount for their behavior.Desired Settlement: We are seeking the sanding and finishing of our door and doorway to be done promptly, and not to see any bill for their damage.

Review: In December 2014, I purchase a washer and dryer from [redacted] in killeen, tx. Home delivery link delivers it. The individuals hooked up the dryer damaged the vent hose trying to get the dryer hooked up to it. I have been communicating with home delivery link. I sent them pictures and an estimate to get it repaired. My home is only four months old and I explained to the company that if the individual had explained to me that he could not hook up the dryer because of the different shapes of the vent hose and the dryer I would had informed him not to hook it up. I would had got with my builder to see if he could have changed the hose since it is new. the company last response was they received my estimate. It was a text on 28 jan. On 2 February, I text the company to find out the outcome as of today no response.Desired Settlement: My desire is to get the vent for the dryer fixed and the company refund me or the company fix the vent. Either one is ok
