November 30, Ms [redacted] Revdex.com [redacted] , MI 48076- Re: File [redacted] – [redacted] Waters Dear Ms***: Thank you for bringing to our attention the complaint you received in regards to an issue with placing an order on the HoMedics website According to our records, Ms [redacted] attempted to place a web order with us eleven times on November 28, Each attempt failed because the billing address placed on our website did not match the billing address on the credit cardWith each attempt, our website placed a hold on the funds associated with the credit card usedOur system did not generate an order Ms [redacted] contacted us on November 29, regarding the hold on the funds and we immediately notified our accounting department to release the fundsIt is important to note, that at no time did any money change hands Based on the information above, this matter was handled at the time of the telephone call and closed since an order was never successively generated Sincerely, [redacted] Manager of Consumer Relations HoMedics, USA LLC

May 20, Ms [redacted] , MI ***- Re: File [redacted] – [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] : Thank you for bringing to our attention the complaint you received in regards to a warranty issue serviced by our Canadian office According to our records, the consumer contacted us after hours via email on 5/19/at 10:54pm stating the wrong product was sent to him The complaint from the Revdex.com shows it was submitted on 5/19/at 10:51pm, three minutes prior to us being notified of an issue Therefore, we were never given the opportunity to address this issue Shortly after our Canadian office opened today, a reply to the consumers email was sent stating that a simple picking error occurred in the warehouse at the time of the orderThe correct model has already been ordered and will ship soon Based on the information above, this matter has been addressed and our file closed Sincerely, [redacted] Manager of Consumer Relations HoMedics, USA LLC

February 11, Ms [redacted] *** Revdex.com [redacted] ***, Ste [redacted] , MI 48076- Re: File [redacted] – [redacted] Dear Ms***: Thank you for bringing to our attention the complaint you received in regards to the HoMedics Bubble Bliss Deluxe foot spa with Heat, Model FB- According to our records, the consumer spoke to a supervisor on February 2, 2016, where it was explained that this product does contain a heating element to help maintain the water temperature However, it will not heat cold water We also pointed out that this was stated in the instruction manual on page in step under how to use the product We did offer to issue a prepaid label for the return of the product and a refund to be issued However, the consumer declined and stated he would return the product to the retailer Based on the information above, the product appears to be operating as intended Therefore, if the consumer wishes to have a foot bath that will heat cold water, then we would recommend exchanging the item with the retailer Sincerely, [redacted] Manager of Consumer Relations HoMedics, USA LLC
