Thank you for reaching out to us.? I as the property manager can be easily reached via email as well at [redacted] and my staff at [redacted] .? As you are aware, Mission Rock took ownership of the property at the end of and we have been going through renovations both interior and exterior.? Currently, we are gearing up for exterior wood replacement as needed, building powerwashing, and full exterior paint, followed by underneath repairs to our buildings; both plumbing and wood.? Mission Rock Residential prides itself in maintaining our communities and we look forward to continuing the renovation process at The Falls on Bull Creek.? We apologize if the timeliness has not been to your satisfaction.? As for the interior renovations, we are currently still in the process of doing these.? They homes are renovated after move out and while occupied.? Anyone and everyone has the option to transfer to a newly renovated home.? It is unfortunate that your particular home has had issues with the heating and we apologize for that.? I do show record that every service call you have placed has been taken care of in a timely manner.? This weekend in particular with temperatures at or below freezing, I do show that our on call team was out to your home same day as your call to remedy your situation.? It is now Monday morning and they are currently working on returning? to homes that reported issues this weekend to double check and make sure heaters are working or that a heater has? been provided in the meantime should a contractor? be necessary.? We are doing everything we can on our part to assist? and accommodate everyone on site.With regards to your move out, we do take into consideration that you have been a resident since 10/25/when conducting your move out inspection.? We do not charge for wear and tear of anything in your home.? Please make sure that the apartment is clean, all items are removed, and all keys are returned on time.? We will gladly set up a move out walk through with you when the time comes.? Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns

Per the written TAA lease agreement, a days written notice is required by all tenants that will not be renewing their leaseWe do not deny any written notice to vacate from anyone at any timeIf a tenant comes in and does not have a written statement already put together, we give them the form
to fill outShould the notice not be delivered within the day time frame before the lease expires any holdover days are charged at month to monthIf the tenant chooses not to fulfill a days notice then they are subject to the TAA lease agreement penalties of a relet fee of 85% of their rental rate.Mr*** was given this explanation and the option to pay the month to month fee prorate for the holdover days or the relet fee when he came in on 6/21/2016. He chose to stay through 8/21/2016. As of 8/22/he has not handed in keys and will be charged for the additional days applicable.Should you need additional documentation or a copy of his lease, we can provide this upon request
