Review: We purschased a Frigidaire refrigerator. After a great deal of difficulty in getting the product shipped to us as promised the item was delivered. on 2/**/2011 the item was registered with Buyers Protection Group warranty service. We were given the service plan #[redacted]. The ice maker is not working and two of the internal shelves have midline cracks. We attempted to call the phone number listed for the organization at ###-###-####. The individuals who pick up the phone would not forward us to customer service. They stated they are "offering $100 gift cards for [redacted] and (other major stores). I declined this and asked to speak to someone in customer service regarding the warranty. The first time I did this they hung up on me. The second time they told me the number for customer service was "###-###-####" which of course is directory assistance. I stated this and was then told they were NOT representing the business, but my call was being routed to them because the main number was busy. He then hung up as well.

We have been unable to locate someone online or via phone to discuss the warranty issue.Desired Settlement: We would like repair or replacement of item (s) as we were advised they would be covered under the extended 5 year "buyers protection group" warranty service plan

Review: I am trying to contact them about the extended service agreement on one of the 3 appliances I purchased from them. I called the only number I could find for them today, and was told I won a $100 gift card. It was very loud in the background, so it was very hard to understand the person I was speaking to (in addition to her thick accent). I kept asking if they were HomeEverything, and she would not answer my question with a yes or no and told me that she had to have her verification supervisor look at my account (hadn't asked me for any information other than my name). She put me on hold for less than a minute, and told me that the verification supervisor was busy on another call and she could not help me. I asked again if she was from HomeEverything. Then she told me to call them back on the exact same number I called when she answered, and I would get the right person, and HomeEverything. I hung up, and called right back then got a recording that I had won a $100 gift certificate. I hung up. From what I understand after searching a bit, is they are out of business.(?)Desired Settlement: I would like to know if they exist and what the status of my extended service plan is, as one of my appliances I bought from them needs to be repaired.

Review: Purchased Samsung Refrigerator and BPG 5 year warranty from Home Everything.com on 6/**/2010. Needed a service call for Refrigerator and Home Everything.com phone number no longer works. Contacted [redacted] and they did not have any record of my warranty purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the BPG Buyers Protection Plan they sold me online for 99.00 dollars

Review: I purchased a ** Cafe Series Microwave in [redacted] I paid $624.00 for it and it has been gently used - it is in like new condition. All of a sudden it did not work - the light panel - everything went black - the outlet works, I unplugged it and let it rest then plugged back in - it will not work!!! I called ** and they said I had to call the place of purchase. I called HomeEverything and I get sent directly to marketing for a [redacted] gift card - the person will not transfer me or give me the correct ph number to HomeEverything. The entire company appears to be a scam. I purchased an extended Warrantee for this expensive product - I expect to have it replaced. I cannot find a good phone number for this company anywhere !!!!Desired Settlement: I would definitly prefer a refund so I can purchase a new microwave from a reputable company who will stand behind their product and not sell refurbished or used products at a new product price without the consumers knowledge of it !!!!!!!!!

Review: my refrigerator broke tried contacting company the phone number is disconnected called LG they tell me the receipt they gave me is not a valid receipt there is no date of purchase so the warranty is not valid I paid an extra 159.99 for 4 year protection LG is coming to fix refrigerator and I will have to pay for a compressor and service charge.Desired Settlement: I would like a new receipt with the date of purchase in order to be able to use my warranty a refund for what I paid LG for service or a refund for my warranty of 159.99 which I cannot use since they gave me a bogus receipt

Review: I had purchased a refrigerator in 2009 and exteneded warranty for 5 years. When I tried to call for service recently, using the information provided on my warranty agreement, the company does not seem to exist and cannot reach anyone at homeeverything.com.Desired Settlement: Would like to have the original purchase price of the extended warranty refunded.

Review: I bought a washer/dryer and refrigerator 12/**/10, with 5 year extended warranties on each appliance. I am having a problem with the washer and have tried to contact the company, and it appears to not exist.Desired Settlement: I want the company to honor my warranty and make sure that it is acknowledged and valid for the remainder of the paid period. If not, then they should be accountable for any repairs made until the last day of the warranty (12/**/15).
