bank charged $10.00 for using funds they considered unavailable online banking showed available and so does deposit receipt.Amazon charged my account $79.00 but refunded it. I made a deposit to cover a transaction by check $41 and cash $6.00 and had overdraft protection a little over $2.00 available. The transaction should have been declined since my card is supposed to decline when funds are not available. the bank says the check was not available when I authorized Netflix to come out for $16 but my receipt and online banking showed the check available to be used. I want the $10 they charged for unavailable funds used to be refunded. As well as the $25.00 fee for Amazon they said they would refund since amazon was not authorized to take it.Desired Settlementrefund in amount of $35.00 total
