Review: I bought Accu-weld windows and a French door from Homefix Corporation in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. They also did the installation. I was told that the windows and door were guaranteed for 60 years also which I have in writing. The director of marketing [redacted] whom came to the house told me that they have offices in four states and would always be there for any problems. Right now I am having problems with seals being broken in the windows and french door. The condensation build-up in the windows and door shows the seals are broken. We also have drafts coming from the windows and also the french door. The Homefix office in Lawrencville no longer exists. I called the other Homefix offices in Virginia and Maryland which are listed in all my paperwork as affiliates of Homefix Corporation. I ambeing told they won't honor my warranty because there were two different owners and they are not responsible for any of the work that was done by the owner in New Jersey. I don't understand how one company can now be a different company when they are listed in all my paperwork as Homefix corp. I was told by the Dirctor of Marketing [redacted] that they are located in four different States and I would never have a problem getting the warranty honored if needed. I believe Homefix is responsible under the warranty to fix my windows and door.Desired Settlement: I want my windows and door fixed under my warranty. I also want in writing that the warranty will be honored if needed in the future for the remainder of the warranty. I also want them to honor the warranty as transferable to new owners as per our agreement.

Review: Purchased 14 x-treme engery efficient windows from Homefix corp. in NJ on a house I am now selling in NJ. It is supposed to have a lifetime and transferable warranty on all windows. Multiple windows are now having seal failure and discoloring, and I am being told by the other office in Maryland that they do not service NJ customers! I would like a refund on these windows, so I can buy windows that actually hold up !Desired Settlement: Refund of windows that are failing or complete fix on windows with failed seals.
