Review: On June 23, 2011 I had Home fix install Lifetime, Transferrable Warranty, 100% Product/ Labor put vinyl siding on the back of my home. In December my vinyl siding started to fall off the side of the house. I have been calling the company since I first noticed it. I recently stop calling the company as of April 28, 2014. I realized after going to the office four times, talking to three managers and being that it has been four months nobody will be sent to my house to fix this problem. the vinyl siding is hanging on by a thread and can fall and injure someone at anytime. I now have to go to another business to get this fixed.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund check as my settlement with the check being $5,000 in US currency

Review: Since February of 2013 we have been calling Homefix to fix a window. The repair is under warranty. We have called numerous times to request the company to call us back, schedule a time to look at the problem and determine a plan to fix it. We have been understanding of weather problems and office closures. Every time we call they promise to call us but then nothing happens. The only person we get to talk to is the girl that answers the phone but cannot do anything.Desired Settlement: We want homefix to call us , schedule an appointment for measuring and replace the window. we want them to honor the life time warranty that they so proudly offered.
