We contracted with this company for a replacement roof during the hale storm of 2019. The roof was finally put on in April of 2020 and as far as the roof is concerned, no issues there....my issue is with finishing the job. The contract called for replacement copper over the front door and garage, but this job has never been finished. We have called the company for months and have still not gotten it finished. At one time, they asked us to furnish a copy of the contract that had the verbage in it for the replacement copper and I did take the contract by the office and put it in the mailbox because it was after hours. Then we have been calling and calling but the job is not finished yet and and the main person there will not call us back. I called my insurance company and told them to not pay the remaining balance under no circumstances until they get the final approval from me. This is where it stands today, no resolution.

HomeFront Renovations was supposed to complete work on our house and be done by the first week of June. After no communication for over a month we began calling only to be put off over and over again. The work included roof replacement, new gutter systems, and windows/window wraps. The roof was completed about a week ago by a subcontracted company but we now have nothing else. We paid for everything and only half of the job was complete. We cannot get through to anyone at the business via phone, text, or in person.

I hired Homefront Renovations to replace the roof on my home and they have not performed the work They required money down for materials and deposited the check on 4/20/20 in the amount of $7703.96 and they have not delivered the material. I have reached out to them 5 times during this period and I was told several reasons for the delay and now they are not responding at alI. The last correspondence I received was from the owner Nathan Laurain on July 26th telling me he was sorry for the delayed response and that I am on the schedule and the materials are on order and I can reach out to him at anytime. I called the number provided and it is his cell number however there is no answer and the VM is full. I have called the office several times and left messages and spoke with an office person that assured me they would get back to me. I have also called the number for the sales person that I was dealing with *** and emailed and called him as well but there has been no communication from him either.
