Manny M[redacted] conducted a home inspection for a house out in [redacted] that we were looking to buy and flip. We were very satisfied with the thoroughness and details of the report. The pictures as well as recommendations were very helpful and without this inspection we would not be able to foresee the extra expenses to rehab this home. We would definitely recommend Homeguard Home Inspections to others.

I had Homeguard home inspection do a home inspection & I was amazed at the level of professional & attention to detail that I received. I was a little worried about using a contractor that I found on the internet but they received an A+ rating from the Revdex.com so I took a gamble & it paid off! I truly understand now what an A+ graded contractor looks like & won't be using an contractor that doesn't have an A+ rating thanks to Homeguard.

Can't say enough about my home inspector, Manny Marinos of Homeguard who went over and above to accommodate after last minute cancellation due to fault of seller's agent and got my inspection done on fairly short notice. He was thorough, detailed and took time to check everything. Best of all, he did not try to overcharge or bill for re-scheduling.

Homeguard inspection recently completed an inspection for a home I am looking to purchase. The inspector was on-time, neat, and very thorough. The report was over 50 pages long when completed and contained both pictures and videos of all issues. I will defiantly use them again and I highly recommend them.

Very thorough, professional. Knowledgeable about technical aspect of brick/stucco wall. The report was clearly outlined and to the point. The pictures in the report help a lot to understand the issue addressed.

I hired Homeguard for a home and termite inspection. I had the pleasure of working with Manny. He returned my call immediately, and we had our inspection scheduled a few short days later.
