I ordered a washer and a dryer machines on 11//19 which were not delivered within the stated 2-4 working days. I waited for more than a month for them to be delivered to no success. That’s when I decided to contact and asked them to refund the money that was charged back to my cc. They offered me to send the machines which I rejected. I, again told them I just wanted the money back to my cc which they said it was going to take 7-10 business days counting from 01//20. Today 02//20 I received an email telling me that an agent has tried to contact me about my request and because they haven’t heard from me they are closing the ticket. What kind of *business is this? I suppose to have that money back to my cc two days ago on 02//20. They are the worst!

Upon checking, we've learned that the order in question appears to have been lost in transit. We had since contacted the customer have credited them back for the full amount of what their purchase. This refund should reflect on their end shortly. We want to assure the public that this was an isolated case and that the undelivered item and the delay in refund was a mistake that we have since corrected.
