According to the information relayed to us through WorkMarket (the platform where we offer work and the platform where Ms [redacted] took on the job in question), this issue has been resolved? Assignments in WorkMarket are given numbers and the assignment number for this work was ID# [redacted] ? The resolution of this matter through WorkMarket's Escalations Team was that we would pay Ms [redacted] $as proposed for her time and travel? We apologize for the experience that she had during her visit to the home that we were asked to look at? We don't know the condition of the homes that we're asked to look at before those in our network go to the home, take pictures and complete surveys for the various parts of the home? Since the issue has been resolved on the WorkMarket site, we feel that should conclude this complaint with the Revdex.com? Attached is the most recent email received from WorkMarket? We make it pretty clear in the work assignment that the Pruvan information needs to be complete for the home.? Some of the surveys are required for every home.? According to Zillow, the home has beds and baths.? Further it has a forced air heating system (furnace) and even a fireplace.? The home appears to be a double-wide manufactured home from public pictures available on Zillow.? From our assessment, we should have received surveys (not just photos) of her arrival (this documents that she is at the right place and what is around the home), the roof, attic (she could have skipped this since there doesn’t appear to be an attic at this home, but she filled this in), a front or living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room, bathroom 1, bathroom 2, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, an interior survey (this is a catch-all for things like how did the home smell, thermostat, a fire suppression system, etc.), the electrical panel, a water heater, the basement/crawlspace and the exterior of the home.? ? What we were provided was general photos of the home and a survey for the basement/crawlspace (there appears to be a crawlspace, but it may have been difficult to enter), the arrival survey and the attic survey (and there doesn’t appear to be an attic).? ? So, we were missing surveys for bathrooms, the kitchen, the bedrooms, a front/living room, the dining room, the furnace (HVAC), the water heater, the electrical panel, the exterior of the home and the roof.? By simple math, it appears that we received of potentially surveys or about 19%.? The overview of the assignment in WorkMarket makes it pretty clear that “ ? the Pruvan application survey must be submitted in full in order to receive paymentIf Pruvan survey(s) is not completed, the vendor will be sent back FREE OF CHARGE for further information/photos”.? ? However, since our client canceled the order, we decided to pay Ms [redacted] $as a trip fee as it wouldn’t make sense to try to complete this order.? So, we are willing to pay her, but not the full amount ?" the job wasn’t complete.? The payment of $is 40% of the originally offered payment of $for a complete job.? The intent was to reimburse Ms [redacted] for her time and travel.? We also gave her a satisfactory review on the WorkMarket platform.? Unfortunately, this is the best we can do on an already upside-down project.? We feel that we’re already being quite reasonable since, according to our documentation, we don’t have to pay on an unfinished job

? I have forwarded this email to this Gary...asking this person why they would lie like that? This company is fraudulent? From this business, I want my money, an apology and a promise to stay away from me...This ? is an outright falsification of material...I never in any way indicated I would accept $20...they made this up.? I am pretty sure I have at least one email from Homeland saying that I was right and they owe me and will pay me my money? I will come up with that as well Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]
