We received notice on 5/at 1:28pm of lengthy calls that the customer wanted checked out as well as wrong number calls that were intended for another company. On 5/we were able to review the lengthy calls as requested, and respond with our findings. On 5/we changed the customer's
phone number to mitigate any further wrong number calls and also issued a credit for those calls.This was a little more difficult for us to investigate since the leads were entered into the customer's website instead of our own database.
