I am rejecting this response because:the he only thing we asked to change was one cabinet and a bench given the time and and amount of money charged us we shouldn't have waited months for that change.ones the bus got to Austin the job was done in days and that was starting all over againBecause of a very poor craftsmanship. The "new" company that Doug is hiding behind had the bus for a month before they even touched it and then told me it will take weeks to get done

I am rejecting this response because:C.V.U is trying to put distance between them and 5150.the fact is that d[redacted] is a current "employee" of c.v.u or at least he shows up over there every day to work.my representative burt golding who is a 16 years sworn peach officer of the LAPD have seen him and talked to him at C.V.U location.when you google the address where c.v.u is located at 5150 shows up.so what ever deal c.v.u has with 5150 its probably mr b[redacted] hiding from his creditors.and theres lots of them as his background check shows.

Gilad Peled

Under the conditions in which this initial agreement was proposed, the shuttle bus was to be completed in 6-8 weeks, by request of the owners several changes were added that delayed the delivery of the vehicle, also with the changes, the cost of the original quote was added to reflect the time and...

money spent on the changes. Understanding the owners frustration of the shuttle van, we were met with daily threats via telephone calls, text messages and individual who were sent to intimidate the company staff. C.V.U, exhausted every avenue to try and resolve this issue, however the client declined the proposal of C.V.U to complete his van and choose again to continue with 5150. The shuttle bus was turned over to Burt, an associate of of G** without any complications other then more threats by the owner of the van. Video surveillance will show that there was no complication of the shuttle bus being transferred over.
